Matthew is an estate agent through and through. His career started under the Your Move brand over 25 years ago and he has spent his entire estate agency career to date working with the Your Move & Reeds Rains brands. His journey started as a trainee negotiator in Nottingham back in the late 90’s and he has done all the job roles within agency you would expect along the way. The experience of so many varied job roles in so many different locations over two decades has given Matthew a very detailed understanding of what all the staff within NHM do and what good looks like, both from the teams and from the customer perspective.

In 2019 Matthew and David opened NHM, originally as a 39-office franchised business taking on Your Move and Reeds Rains branches from LSL where he was one of the Directors. In the years since NHM opened, he has continued to steer the business day to day operationally and is enjoying watching the company continue to grow, both organically as well as through acquisitions.

Out of work, Matt is very much a family man who treasures time with those around him.  He is passionate about Formula 1 and he loves the odd game of golf although you might never know it watching him play.

With over 30 years of experience in the New Homes sector, Shaun started his journey as an Estate Agent in London before becoming a key member of LSL’s Land & New Homes division over 15 years ago, taking the role of MD in 2014 before transitioning to LSL’s largest franchise, National Home Move, in 2025.  During his time as MD at LSL, he played a key role in navigating through the various market fluctuations and challenges. Shaun’s industry knowledge, customer-centric approach and collaborative spirit have been instrumental in driving growth and success for a wide range of developer clients.

Shaun has specialised in the sale of Land, New Homes, Shared Ownership, Part Exchange and Assisted Move programmes together with Build to Rent. Shaun has amassed a deep knowledge of the sector and is well known and highly respected within the industry.  Shaun is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Beyond his professional life, his family is his priority.  He actively supports his three children in their educational and career pursuits. On weekends, you’ll find him  immersed in football— watching his beloved Manchester United, coaching his son’s team and helping him navigate his own football journey.

Andrew is a property professional with 35 years in the industry. He has had experience in all parts of the estate agency sector with the latter 17 years spent specialising in new homes & land. He has been able to operate successfully in the varying cycles of the property market over the years by relying on experience, reacting to what is needed and building relationships based on trust and results. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. Out of work he enjoys time with his grown-up family, supporting them in their many interests as well as watching his team Everton – which he describes as being a “challenge” most weeks.
Andrew is the Area Sales Director covering the North- West and West Midlands areas.

Area Sales Director – Land & New Homes
East Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber, and the North East
Emma Stainthorpe is an accomplished Area Sales Director for Land & New Homes, leading strategy and performance across the East Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber, and the North East. With 23 years of experience in estate agency, she began her career at Your Move and has progressed through a range of roles before moving into senior leadership within LSL’s Land & New Homes division.
Emma specialises in shared ownership sales, new homes strategy, pricing, and on-site staffing. She works closely with developers, housing associations, and landowners to deliver tailored sales solutions that drive value and efficiency. Her hands-on leadership, commercial insight, and deep market knowledge make her a trusted partner in the new homes sector.
Outside of work, Emma is very much a family person. Weekends are often spent on the sidelines cheering on her daughter’s local football team, alongside her husband. A dedicated animal lover, she also enjoys time at home with her two Labradors.

Mat is the Area Sales Director for the Southern region, utilising his 20+ years of experience in residential new homes sales, marketing and consultancy and has held previous senior roles within the residential new homes teams at JLL and Savills.

With comprehensive ‘hands-on’ experience in the residential real estate and new homes sector, Mat is a senior sales and marketing leader drawn to high growth and scaling environments, driving sales and profitability in a competitive landscape. Located in the South-East of England, he understands the real estate industry around this area and has worked closely with a wide range of SME’s and larger developers / housebuilders.

Mat is a family man and has two young children who keep him very busy out of work. He can also be found supporting his team, Swindon Town FC – usually through gritted teeth and head in hands..!

Regional Director East & North East Regions

David has worked in estate agency for 38 years, and it shows!   Over the years with the company, he has worked in block management, residential sales, and at one time passed his Cmap Financial Services exams, but his superpower is residential lettings, running both a property management centre and various branches in the past. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the industry.

Outside of work, he loves to support his wife & four grown children, normally in wild weather, in their endeavours in triathlons, Iron Man, swimming, hockey, park runs & Hyrox.  For himself he loves holidays, and a good story, so when he’s not away, the cinema & theatres are where you will often find him.

Area Director North East Region

With a wealth of experience in the North East property market, Nicole is a highly experienced professional with a passion for helping landlords and investors grow successful portfolios. As an ARLA-qualified Area Director, she specialises in working with landlords and investors to help start, grow, and optimise their property portfolios.

Nicole is passionate about guiding investors through every stage of their journey, whether it’s securing their first buy-to-let or expanding into larger developments. Her in-depth market knowledge, strategic approach, and hands-on support ensure clients feel confident and well-informed every step of the way.

Area Director Midlands Region

Anita Cragg brings over thirty years of experience in estate agency, having built a highly respected career within the property industry. Starting on the front lines of estate agency, Anita quickly progressed into senior management roles thanks to her natural leadership, in-depth market knowledge, and unwavering commitment to client service.

Over the years, she has held a variety of senior positions across the Your Move’s Midlands branches, giving her a broad and balanced perspective on how to deliver results in changing market conditions. Her proven track record in team development, business growth, and customer care led her to her current role as Area Director for Your Move, overseeing the Lincoln and North Hykeham branches.

Anita is hands-on in her leadership approach and mentoring her teams. Her approach is defined by her commitment not just to the property process but to building lasting client relationships.  Outside of work, Anita enjoys spending quality time with her family and nurturing her passion for interior design.

Area Sales Director East Region

With over 29 years of experience as an Estate Agent starting in London and moving to the North of England in 2000. Having a wide range of property industry knowledge and managing multiple branches to date. Elliott still runs a successful branch as well as looking after multi branches in the Yorkshire area. Elliott likes to value customers’ homes and is currently No1 in his area. He enjoys meeting new clients and existing customers during their sales and buying journey. 

 On weekends, you’ll find him at the Rugby Club with his three boys, coaching and Youth Chair. Nurturing the junior section to achieve their goals of playing for the senior team and Yorkshire.

Regional Director North East Region

Following a long career with Reeds Rains Martin joined NHM at its inception, initially overseeing both the North West and Stoke-on-Trent. As the business continued to expand, his focus shifted to the wider North West region, managing branches from Chester to the outskirts of Manchester and up to Bury. In his day-to-day role, Martin oversees all elements of operations, including residential sales, lettings, financial services, conveyancing, recruitment, and staff development. With more than two decades of industry experience, he brings deep expertise in running branches of all sizes and supporting teams to reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Martin is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his children, who certainly keep him on his toes. A passionate football enthusiast, he also manages both adult and youth football teams.

Regional Managing Director Midlands Region

During Martin’s career he has seen the business evolve from ownership changes and the rebrand to Your Move, to the formation of LSL Property Services and, more recently, the transition to a fully franchised estate agency network. Now, as part of National Home Move, our branches benefit from the strengths of the Your Move and Reeds Rains brands while operating with true entrepreneurial freedom. Many of the team have been with the company for over 30 years, and share a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

Away from work, Martin enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, daughter, Sophie, and dog, Daisy. He is a big sports fan especially Formula 1 and Premier League football and values family holidays, whether that’s a seaside weekend, a London city break, a relaxing overseas trip, or an itinerary-packed cruise. Looking ahead, his focus is on continued growth through increased market share and strategic acquisitions, with the aim of helping National Home Move become one of the leading estate agency franchise groups in the sector.

Regional Director South

I began my estate agency career in 2001 with Your Move as a trainee negotiator and worked my way up through the business to become Regional Director for the South Region. With over two decades of experience, I pride myself on strong leadership, industry knowledge, and a commitment to delivering excellent service. But in any role, you are only as good as your team, and at National Home Move, we are lucky to have an incredible team behind us.

I have three grown up boys, and in my free time I enjoy walking my two boxer dogs, city breaks and have a newfound love for Italy in particular! Was a keen footballer, but the knees gave up in my early 30’s so just have to make do watching my team Arsenal now, ever hopeful that this year is the year we get back to winning the league!
